New candidates for the Concert or Dance Bands will be admitted with
one of the following requirements:
1. Previous or present member of a military service band.
2. Former non-band military member who can pass the audition
requirements.
A. Minimum Watkins-Farnum test score of 100 points.
B. Probationary period of six month's rehearsal attendance.
